WARTBURG – Staff from the Morgan County Correctional Complex (MCCX) spent the morning delivering gifts to local school children. Over 2,000 wrapped gifts were taken to the Morgan County School System’s Central Office to be given out to students who are enrolled in the Angel Tree program.
